Patient Participation Group (PPG)
|
We are establishing a patient reference group, to seek the view of our patients on the running of Hucclecote Surgery, in order to identify areas for improvement. The information obtained through this group will ensure that changes we make are patient focused and relevant to our practice population.
A Patient Participation Group is a group of volunteer patients who are involved in making sure the surgery provides the services its patients need.
The group is likely to meet approximately 3 times per year.
If you would like to be considered to take part in this group, you will need to complete a short contact details form, which is available from reception. This is so we can ensure our group is representative of a cross section of our practice population.
