When you book your holidays to a foreign country please make sure that you allow 4-6 weeks before hand to complete any vaccinations that you may require for that country.

All patients wanting information will have to complete a Travel Risk Assessment Form first, which can be collected from the surgery or 'click' on the link below.

Once the form is returned to the surgery, a clinician will review the details and assess the length of appointment appropriate to the advice required.

Reception will then contact the patient to arrange a suitable appointment time.

If you are going abroad you could possible need any of the following vaccinations:

Japanese Encephalitis, Meningitis A,B,C, Yellow Fever, Rabies, Hepatitis A, B, Diptheria, Tetanus, Typhoid and Polio.

Ideally you need to start your vaccinations 6 weeks before you holiday starts to ensure that you have adequate immunisation.
