To use this facility you will need to ask at the reception desk if they would register you for it. The best time for you to register is most days of the week between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, asking for Janet who will gladly help and advise you in this matter.

To register with the surgery you will need 2 pieces of ID, preferably a photo ID and one other with your address on. If you have no photo ID then 2 pieces of documentation, e.g. utility bills, bank statements both with your address clearly stated. When you have been registered, you will be given a letter which will include some personal information.

Once you have this information you will need to go to your computer and register with EMIS access where you will generate your own personal password to enable you to use the online repeat prescriptions facility.

Having registered and with your password to hand you will be able to place your order, once placed you will receive an acknowledgement stating whether or not it has been accepted, if not, try again. Once it has been accepted you will need to wait the usual 48 hours before your prescription will be ready for collection.

Our medical suppliers have now joined Patient.Co.uk

Click on the link below, EMIS Access screen opens then sign in as usual. You will now see a NEW screen, the heading is green in colour and says Patient.co.uk. From here you will need to 'scroll down' to the box containing the words TRY THE NEW PATIENT ACCESS SITE, it is typed in bold and underlined. This will open the new style on-line ordering form. Unfortunately you will have to sign in again this time in a yellow box. Use you normal signing in details. This will open another screen with green headings - click on MAKE A REQUEST your medication will appear as before. click on the items you require in the normal way.

Please note: This will open in a new window where you will be able to create an account to order your on-line repeat prescriptions. You just need to follow the simple on screen instructions.
