These are for all new patients who register with our practice who are not taking repeat medications. If you are then your New Patient Check should be completed by a doctor.

They are simple medicals e.g. height, weight, BP and some of your medical history.

We undertake these tests and ask the questions as we will not have received your full medical records from your previous surgery, and should you need to see your new doctor he/she will have some background information.
