Susan will send a letter inviting you to a yearly Cholesterol and BP check. There is no need to "fast" before this blood test is taken.

Please bring with your a sample of urine.

The blood test will be taken during your review therefore you DO NOT need to make a prior appointment with Julie to have any bloods taken.
