These clinics are run by Nurse Susan Middleton on Tuesday, Friday mornings and all day on a Wednesday.

Your Diabetic Review will be held at either 3, 6, or 12 monthly intervals, this will depend on how well your diabetes is controlled. When you attend for your review, Susan will make your follow up appointment.

Before you attend for your review, you will need to make an appointment 2 weeks beforehand with Julie and have your diabetic blood test taken, this will then leave plenty of time for the results to be available when you come for your review.

If Susan has requested that your blood tests should be "Fasting Bloods" please do not have anything by mouth for 14 hours other than water, black tea or black coffee. You will also need to bring a sample of urine to your review appointment.
