If you are taking regular medication, repeat prescriptions can be obtained by leaving your repeat prescription request form with a 'tick' against the items that you need, at reception. There is a brown 'letter' box for you to post them in, or you can hand them directly to the receptionist.

We ask for 48 hours notice before collection. You may leave a stamped addressed envelope with your request and we will post the prescription to you.

Should we be closed there is a black 'post' box attached to the surgery by the brick pillar on the left just before the door as you approach the surgry. Any prescriptions posted here are collected when the surgery next opens e.g. in the morning or after lunch.

You doctor will ask to see you and review your repeat medication every 6-12 months to keep it up to date.
