ASTHMA
The summer is nearly here so if you suffer from Asthma etc. now is the time to order your repeat prescription so that when the pollen arrives you are ready.

CHILDHOOD IMMUNISATIONS
Childhood immunisation programme has changed.

See below for a list of vaccinations needed and ages they should be given.

2 months of age = Five-in-one (diptheria, tetanus, polio, whooping cough and Hib meningitis) and Pneumococcal vaccine

3 months of age = Five-in-one, Meningitis C vaccine

4 months of age = Five-in-one, Pneumococcal vaccine and Meningitis C vaccine

12 months of age = New combined Hib/meningitis C vaccine

13 months of age = MMR, Pneumococcal booster

Those that haven't had the new vaccines (as above) aged between 2-12 months will also need 2 doses of pneumococcal vaccine

and those aged between 13-24 months will need one dose of pneumococcal vaccine
